1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of beyondthewheelsforum.com and your participation in Beyond the Wheels 2.0, a Transportation and Road Safety Summit convened by Clarke’s Productions Inc. on 6 and 7 October 2026 at the Arthur Chung Conference Centre, Georgetown, Guyana. By using the site or registering for the Summit, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Using this website
You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information and for legitimate business, media or educational purposes. You may not:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or that damages or impairs it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
- collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission; or
- present the site or its content as your own.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The Beyond the Wheels name, the Beyond the Wheels 2.0 identity, the Summit programme, and the text, layout and graphics of this site belong to Clarke’s Productions Inc. or are used under licence. Partner, sponsor and media logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear with permission. Photography is used under the licences credited in the site footer.
You may reproduce the Summit name and logo for the purpose of reporting on or promoting your own participation. Any other use requires written permission from [email protected].
4. Registration and delegate passes
A registration is confirmed when we accept it and issue a confirmation. We may decline or cancel a registration where the information given is incomplete or inaccurate, where payment is not received, or where a participant breaches the Code of Conduct.
Capacity is limited. Seats are confirmed in the order registrations are completed.
To be confirmed by the organiser. Transfer, substitution, cancellation and refund terms for delegate passes are not yet published. Until they are, registrations are handled case by case. Contact [email protected].
5. Programme changes
The programme, speakers, session times and format are indicative and may change. We will publish material changes on this site. A change of speaker or session does not on its own entitle a delegate to a refund.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the Summit taking place on the published dates, including a natural event, public health measure, civil disruption, or failure of the venue or essential services, we may postpone or reschedule it. We will tell registered delegates as soon as we can and set out the options available.
6. Conduct at the Summit
All participants are bound by the Code of Conduct. We may refuse admission to, or remove from the venue, any person who breaches it, without refund.
7. Third-party links and content
This site links to websites we do not operate, including those of partners, sponsors and service providers, and uses a third-party form service for registration. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites and services.
Views expressed by speakers, panellists and delegates at the Summit are their own. Publishing a session or hosting a speaker does not mean we endorse what is said.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or your attendance at the Summit.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of Guyana.
Delegates attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, travel and insurance arrangements.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana.
